Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Vinyl Malta, we treat every record as a gem. We ensure your wax is packed securely to reach your turntable in perfect condition.

• Local Pickup (Free)Pick up your order directly at Exotique, Valletta. You will receive an email as soon as your crate is packed and ready. Please bring your order confirmation with you.
• Local Delivery (Malta & Gozo)Flat rate of €5.00. Delivered within 1-3 business days.
• International ShippingFlat rate of €15.00 for tracked, secure shipping. Delivered within 5-10 business days. All international orders are shipped with tracking to ensure your records arrive safely.

Returns Policy

We handpick every record in our shop. Due to the nature of vinyl records, we do not accept returns for minor cosmetic packaging wear or subjective listening preferences.

However, if a record arrives physically damaged due to transit, please contact us at hello@vinylmalta.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will make it right.
